Well-equipped kitchenette made mealtime easy.
Upon checking in, there was no front desk attendant available, and I had to call multiple times for assistance with luggage storage at both check-in and check-out. This lack of staffing created unnecessary stress and made my transition in and out of the hotel much more complicated. Additionally, the shared laundry facilities were misleading. I had expected private access but struggled with waiting for others to finish since I couldn't leave during the process.

Loved the cozy location near Shinsho-ji Temple and the cute Asakusa vibe! Beds were a dream and perfect for a couple's escape. Super thankful for the handy kitchenette, even if it was a bit of a puzzle.
Now, if only the space were as big as my luggage! Trying to cook in a hidden kitchenette felt like a game of Jenga with my utensils.

Perfect for family fun!
Really enjoyed the roomy layout, especially with the big bed area separate from the twins. The kitchen was handy for quick meals, and having a washing machine in the building was a lifesaver! Made my laundry days less boring with books in the lobby. Just a little far to the subway when dragging all the luggage.

The beds were outstandingly comfortable, contributing to restful nights, and the proximity to a Family Mart made it easy to grab essentials like breakfast. The washing machine in the lobby was a practical amenity, allowing for convenient laundry without needing to leave the site. However, the limited staff presence sometimes made assistance difficult, creating minor inconveniences during check-in and check-out. Additionally, while the location was excellent for nearby attractions, the absence of privacy at the laundromat made it a hassle to wait for the machine during peak times.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a cooktop and microwave that were perfect for quick meals. Staff were friendly and offered great local recommendations, enhancing the experience of exploring nearby eateries. While the area felt quieter than the bustling districts, some nearby local dining options did pose language barriers. Limited staff presence at times made check-in a bit tricky, and shared laundry facilities required waiting for others, adding some inconvenience to our stay.
